Research of the Machining Center Electromechanical Drive with Technological Feedback

Simulation of the electromechanical drive dynamics for the main motion of a multioperational machine according to the criterion of vibration resistance, taking into account technological feedback, is implemented. Calculations of the kinematic and energy parameters of the electric drives of 4PF series engine in the entire range of the rotation frequency have been carried out. A block diagram of the static process of milling is constructed, reflecting the relationship of control actions with output parameters. The frequency characteristics analysis of the machine tool system as a set of the main forming units: the spindle-tool unit, the rotary-workpiece and the cutting process in the Signal Processing environment is carried out. The optimal values of the cutting mode, which form the output parameter of the cutting force, as a checking control action are found. The region of stability for the system of cutting power stabilization and the influence on it of variations in the parameters of the cutting process using the method of D-partitions are determined. An experimental study of two options for technological adjustments of the milling operation, which differ in the length of the tool block overhang, were carried out. The optimal values of the processing mode are found with the help of the D-partition boundary in the plane of the cutting coefficient, which ensure the stability of a multioperational machine drive operation.
