Energy Management of Hybrid Three-Phase Photoelectric System with Storage Battery to Meet the Needs of Local Object

Improving the energy management of three-phase photoelectric system with storage battery to meet the needs of local object without generation into grid is presented. The aim is reducing the cost of paying for electricity consumed from the grid. The expediency of the autonomous functioning of the system when the energy of the photovoltaic and storage batteries is sufficient for the consumption of the object is shown. Connection to the grid is carried out when the energy is insufficient. This eliminates the influence of possible violations of the quality of the grid voltage and, when regulating the voltage (power) of the load, creates additional possibilities for controlling the storage battery charge. The principles of prediction the degree of storage battery charge when controlling the switching of operating modes in accordance with the forecast of the generation of a photovoltaic battery have been developed. This reduces the consumption of power from the grid to charge the storage battery during night and daytime while providing sufficient charge for the object functioning during peak hours. It is shown that when using two photovoltaic batteries, generation control can be carried out only for one of them, with the other disconnected when the load decreases and the storage battery charge is more than 80%. The corresponding algorithms and structure of the control system for the implementation of the proposed solutions were developed. The results of simulation of energy processes in a daily mode confirm the efficiency of the proposed solutions and the possibility of reducing the cost of paying for energy consumed from the grid from 1.4 to 6 times with two and three-zone tariffication.
