Design and Simulation of Linear Motor Pumping Unit

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and small stroke of existing pumping units, a long-stroke pumping unit was designed, which adopts linear motor direct drive, extended stroke by movable pulleys, and adopts suspended weight and aerodynamic compound balance. First, a single-degree-of-freedom system dynamics model of the ground device is established. On this basis, a multi-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of the ground device is established, and the overall system dynamics model is established based on the longitudinal vibration theory of the downhole rod string. The dynamic parameter simulation analysis of the model is compared with the traditional beam pumping unit. The maximum suspension load is reduced by 5.07%, which effectively reduces the stress amplitude of the sucker rod, and the maximum instantaneous output power is reduced by 36.62 %. The power is reduced by about 40%, the negative power is basically eliminated, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
