A Hybrid Routing Algorithm for WBAN

The future lifestyle of people and alarming situation of COVID-19 pandemic and increment in clinical administration has raised/increased deep concerns for public authorities as well as medical fraternity. It has been observed that with the modernization of lifestyle there is an immense need of consultations for their well being and revealing diseases. Far off Body Area Networks has proven to be best in improvising the different aspects in different fields. Lack of infrastructures visa via number of labs, no of beds, no of offices and where the patients are in huge numbers the above-mentioned technology can be utilized for better results. Nowadays patient’s information from distant places can be acquired through wban in combination of explicit sensors and systems which has resulted into minimizing visits of a patient to any a clinic or appropriate tests. Although it has been considered to be energy conservation technique, but with that due to its application characteristics reliability and delay in collection of data can be observed. To adjust the hub energy utilization and decrease the transmission delay, a worked on energy-adjusted option mindful steering calculation (SEAR) for WBANs was proposed. To work on the similarity and heartiness, the additional way was presented as an elective way in past calculation. But due to two paths there was possibility of link failure, packet loss and more energy consumption. Path from source to destination is established by routing protocol RPL. Term improved SEAR algorithm is used for it which is improved version of RPL routing protocol. The MATLAB is used in the work and comparison is made with the basic SEAR protocol in terms of mesh performances. Failure of link in the established path is the primary problem that affects performance of network. Proposed technique for the recovery of link from origin to sink is the technique based on size of buffer. When failure of connection occurs in network, the maximum buffer sized node can be used for the path recovery. High performance was given by the method purposed in terms of packet loss, delay and throughput.
