Design and Development of Smart Lawn Mower

Nowadays lawn mowers are widely used for trimming the grasses in the fields which acts like an interior decorator in companies, colleges, etc. Based on the function remote-operated lawnmower, grass cutting equipment which is having the range is restricted as the signal strength is very low and also it is quite expensive. The vital purpose to consider of the proposed work is to make the lawnmower eco-friendly, cost-effective. To overcome the above limitations, a lawnmower is remotely controlled using a device such as mobile phone can acts as a connection between the user and operation of the grass cutter. In this research work, among the two different uses of mobile phone through which one sends the video of the current pathway and the other as a receiver. The NodeMCU ESP8266 is pre-programmed to take control of any given input and output. The motor driver drives the DC motor for movement. The mobile phone is placed above the lawnmower which transmits the current pathway and performs the grass cutting operation.
