Design Procedure of Static Characteristics of the Resonant Converters

The article is devoted to the develop of the design procedure static mode characteristics of the resonant converters power circuits. Here the idealized converters with a serial resonant circuit with various combinations of connected voltage sources are used for the analysis. The core of the proposed design procedure assumes the superimposing the current components of the converter resonant circuit caused by each voltage source separately. As shown in the article, the procedure allows obtaining expressions for calculating the stationary current of the converter circuit. Using the obtained expressions, the static characteristics of the resonant converter with two voltage sources connected to the resonant circuit are calculated.
