Multivariate autoregressive modeling for analyzing feedback-network in the body; uniformity and variety of the dynamics in individuals

Time series data for blood hemoglobin and plasma protein observed in 31 chronic hemodialysis patients for periods of three to seven years were analyzed by Akaike's method of multivariate autoregressive modeling. The results of the analysis were rather uniform among the patients and suggested that this approach can consistently identify the dynamic system of individual patients.<>
