Smart Recruiting as a Modern Tool for HR Hiring in the Context of Business Informatization

In this work, the relevance of the use of modern hiring HR tools in the context of business informatization is determined. The necessity of using recruitment services is proved. A scheme has been developed to improve the HR recruitment business process, based on the application of smart recruiting in the organization. Based on the application of an integrated approach, the criteria for choosing the source of search for candidates during the HR recruitment process are established. An integrated set of competencies has been created for a candidate for a vacant position HR in the organization. The rank of candidates in the smart recruitment evaluation system is determined, based on the calculation of the ratio between alternative and ideal HR criteria, using multicriterion competent analysis
