A Survey on Innovations revolutionizing the future of footwear Technology and its Intelligence model

The shifting dynamics of the behaviour of the consumers replicates that luxury goods are now being professed as necessities with higher disposable incomes being spent on lifestyle products. Attitude influence the way one thinks and behaves and is therefore important for the marketers who study them to understand how a consumer behaves. The design of any sneaker should be luxurious, as attention and sales depend on the quality of the shoe on a person. While taste is subjective and the difference in selection is another story, shoes have to look good to be bought by anyone. Most importantly, the right shoes are the most important thing. With that in mind, Nike launched a foot scan solution called Nike Fit, designed to find the one that works best for men. This study proposes and confirms a comprehensive approach to explain the factors influencing the consumers' attitude towards the purchase of select branded footwear in the Coimbatore city. To achieve these objectives, a sample of 500 respondents who visited the select branded footwear showroom was drawn. Non-probability sampling method is used for selecting the respondents. It was found that the respondents favored quality as the important and prominent factor which influences them to purchase the select branded footwear.
