The installation design of dual-redundancy position sensor applied on the servo actuator

This paper deals with the installation design of dual-redundancy position sensor applied on the servo actuator. The paper introduces separately two types of installation designs: built-in and external, which covers four aspects, namely structural composition and installation, advantages of the design proposal, debugging method and experiment result. These two designs overcome the shortcomings of the sensors that are prone to stagnation in the previous design. The novel structure, convenient debugging and reliable function provides reference to the development and structural design of similar products.
