Multi-source flexible grid disaster recovery smart plan optimization evaluation

The traditional power grid disaster recovery plan has been unable to adapt to today's multi-source feeding new power grid structure. Based on the indicators of the traditional disaster recovery plan, this paper adds new indicators that adapt to the characteristics of the new power grid structure, and builds a new disaster recovery plan evaluation system that adapts to the contemporary power grid. It also proposes a comprehensive weight modeling method that combines the D-AHP and Poisson distribution methods to determine the index weight and time weight. Finally, the TOPSIS method is used to solve the problem of a new regional power grid. Sort the programs. The results of calculation examples show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the scientific nature of the new power grid disaster recovery plan.
