Examining e-Satisfaction During COVID-19: Do Personal Perseverance and Digital Lecturing Skill Matter?

This paper aims to examine the impact of students’ personal perseverance and digital lecturing skill of lecturers on e-satisfaction as online learning experience in Indonesia university. Cross-sectional study with online questionnaire-based survey was conducted for gathering data. The study has involved about 1,024 students from various state and private universities in Indonesia as respondents. PLS SEM was utilized for analyzing data statistically. The result explains that satisfaction in the online learning experience is determined by digital lecturing skill. Personal perseverance of the students does impact significantly.
