E-Recruitment: Extending Technology Acceptance Model in the Indonesian Context

This study aims to analyze technology acceptance model in e-recruitment context. This study used quantitative method. The sample criteria were university graduates, ranging from diploma to postgraduate degrees, aged between 19 and 24 years old, have previous experience in using e-recruitment websites, and working in the capital city of Indonesia, DKI Jakarta. The data were analysed using PLS-SEM method. Perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived trust, and attitude towards using are determinants that influence user’s intention to use E-recruitment websites. Hence, e-recruitment websites in Indonesia should provide useful, enjoyable, user-friendly, and trust experience to job seekers.
