The Impact of Satisfaction and Perceived Risks to Continuance Intention on Using Mobile Wallet & Pay Later

This study aims to understand why mobile wallet users intend to continue using the mobile wallet and pay later for the payment system and find out whether the satisfaction and perceived risk have an effect or not on continuance intention in the mobile wallet. This research is motivated by increasing mobile wallets in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Bandung. This research used Structural Equation Model (SEM) and SmartPLS as statistical tools, with purposive sampling for data collecting. Data were taken from October - November 2020. The proposed model has 5 (five) variables: Perceived Usefulness, Confirmation, Satisfaction, Perceived Risk, and Continuance Intention in Mobile wallets, and four hypotheses. All hypotheses have a significant impact.
