The Behavior Analysis of College Students’home Fitness in Full Media Age

This paper investigates 721 college students by means of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, and mainly investigates and analyzes their home fitness behavior in the whole media era, and puts forward some suggestions. Through the investigation, the analysis of college students’ home fitness behavior in the whole media age is as follows: Media communication has a direct impact on college students’ home fitness behavior; college students are welcome to home fitness form and willing to receive network guidance; the whole media age university student’s home fitness behavior freedom random and has no plan; all-media era of college students home fitness guidance mostly from the network communication, which lack of professional guidance; college students have little investment in home fitness but high expectations.
