Aerobics Teaching Based on Modern Information Technology

The 21st century is an era in which mankind fully enters the information society, and the development of higher education is even more so. At present, modern information technology is applied to subject curriculum teaching in various disciplines in China, and the development of school sports is also inseparable information Technology. How to find a breakthrough in the reform of bodybuilding super teaching with the support of modern information technology is the focus of this article. Only by infiltrating the teaching of information technology in physical education and expanding the space of physical education can we further meet the needs of students, create a good teaching atmosphere, enrich the content of the curriculum, and improve the quality of teaching. This paper uses the literature method and questionnaire survey to find that 5% of students prefer to study on their own; 25% and 35% of students prefer to study in groups, but the difference is that the former focuses on their own experience and the latter focuses on teacher guidance; 35% of students are still in the traditional classroom organization form, with teachers as the main body of the classroom.
