Strategies to Improve the Quality of College Students’ Physical Health Test under the Background of informatization

Students’ physical health test is an important activity for colleges and universities to implement the guiding ideology of "health first", strengthen school physical education and promote students’ healthy development. In recent years, great achievements in the reform of physical education have been made by colleges and universities, but the physical health of college students still has a long way to go. In recent years, rapid development and broad application in education of information technology have significantly improved the quality of education. Therefore, colleges and universities should give full play to the advantages of information technology, strengthen the information construction of students’ physical health test, in order to further improve the quality of the test. In this paper, the writer first analyzes the main factors that affect the quality of college students’ physical health test, and then puts forward the feasible strategies of using information technology to improve the quality of the physical health test.
