The non-probability interval reliability design method on entire roller embedded shapemeter roll

For entire roller embedded shapemeter roll, the uncertain range of the strip tension was determined by the gay degree theory, the reliability function that there was no slip between strip and shapemeter roll and the reliability function that strength failure of the detect roll did not occurred were deduced by the non-probability interval reliability theory. On this basis, the non-probability interval reliability optimization design model of detect roll was built, and the shapemeter roll diameter was calculated by field experiment data. The result showed that the shapemeter roll can normally work, when the outer diameter and inner diameter of shapemeter roll were 400mm and 260mm respectively.
