Design and Implementation of Solar Powered Low Cost Compressor for Domestic Application

In recent days, the most of the people uses LPG and Induction stove. But in this way, the cost of cooking is high. On the another side, in village areas, people mostly uses wood stove. In the normal wood stove, combustion of wood is incomplete, cooking takes long time. To get complete combustion of wood and reduce the cooking time, the air compressor is included. The air compressor is powered by solar panel and battery. In day time, the compressor is powered by using the renewable energy system like PV Panel and charges the battery. In night time, the compressor runs with the use of battery. The model of the solar powered low cost compressor for domestic wood stove is described in this paper.
