Research on Three Phase Cuk Photovoltaic Inverter Based on Sliding Mode Control

At present, although the photovoltaic technology has been developed and widely used, but the voltage level of photovoltaic power output is relatively low, and the voltage range is wide, so the traditional bridge inverter can’t meet the needs of. In this paper, an improved three-phase Cuk photovoltaic inverter is proposed, which can enhance the voltage of the DC input voltage, and is suitable for photovoltaic power generation system. This paper introduces the topology structure and working principle of three-phase Cuk photovoltaic inverter, the sliding mode control strategy, design and analysis of system parameters, the feasibility of simulation and experiment prove the correctness and the control method of the topological structure of the. The results of simulation and prototype test show that the three-phase Cuk photovoltaic inverter can directly realize the boost function of the circuit, and is suitable for wide input voltage.
