BIM Design for Tropical Eco City Park Based on Tourism Demand

This paper takes the construction and operation of city ecological park as the research object, and discusses the planning and design method and process based on BIM from the perspective of tourists. According to the study of the definition, function, value and difficulties of BIM, the application of BIM in the whole construction cycle of ecological park project is summarized and analyzed, and the principles and concepts of urban ecological park planning and design are clarified. Then we mainly introduces the layout template setting, 4D construction simulation, development of operation and maintenance test data interface, and realization of collaborative work. The research results show that BIM technology can realize the visual display of project design phase, which greatly increases the amount of construction drawings, and improves the design efficiency. It also controls the project cost and shortens the construction period, to promote the overall improvement of similar project management.
