Research on Hospital Drug Supply Chain Management Mode

In order to improve the management efficiency of hospital drug supply chain, in order to achieve the coordination and cooperation of all members in the drug supply chain, and improve the core business ability of each member, this paper makes a deep analysis and research on the hospital drug supply chain management mode. This paper discusses three kinds of hospital drug supply chain management mode, and analyzes these three kinds of hospital drug supply chain management mode from three dimensions, which are capital flow, logistics and information flow. Based on this, this paper also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three hospital drug supply chain management models. The results show that the third-party logistics-led hospital drug supply chain management mode proposed in this paper is the optimal model, which can save the hospital space resources and human resources, and ensure the safety of drug logistics.
