Use of SPC (Statistical process control) for Quality Control and Management of an Automatic Production Line

The SPC (Statistical process control) method is used to assess the quality in the production of connectors and the model with it has remains constant to control the stability of the process. Based on the collected data, a SPC analysis was performed using the QSTATLAB software product and a measurable score was obtained through PPK and CPK (measures of stability and suitability of the process). Using the obtained results, actions have been taken to improve the quality of the manufactured product. On the basis of the obtained results conclusions were made regarding the preservation of the stability and suitability of the process.
