Research on Multi-functional Controller of Bolt Tightening and Torque Value Detection of High Voltage Tower

In the electric-power industry, the safety of the high-voltage tower is of paramount importance, therefore, the bolts used to fix the tower must be applied with appropriate torque value. At present, most tools for fastening bolts use electric wrench with fixed torque. Although they can only tighten the bolts, they cannot recheck the tightening strength of the bolts. Aiming at this problem, a multi-function controller system is designed to realize bolt fastening and detection. Through the test platform for inspection, the experimental results show that the designed system can realize the function of bolt tightening and torque detection, and the error meets the industrial standard.
