Dredging pipeline conveying flow velocity process model based on Differential Evolution Algorithm

In order to study the stable control of the flow rate of a mud pump pipeline conveying process, it is necessary to establish a more accurate process model of the controlled object. In this paper, the dynamic response characteristics of the flow rate of the sand-water mixture in the pipeline are studied by setting different starting and ending frequencies of the frequency converter and applying different step signals to the Electric machinery for speed regulation experiments. Based on the dynamic response experimental data, the inertia plus time lag transfer function is used as the process model and the differential evolution algorithm is used to complete the off-line identification of the process model parameters. The accuracy of the process model prediction is verified by comparing the predicted flow rate with the experimental flow rate under various operating conditions, and the process model and parameters are further optimization.
