Analysis of Heat Transfer Processes in Electronic Nanostructures Using the Dual-Phase-Lag Model

This paper analyzes the influence of relaxation time values for the obtained solutions of the Dual-Phase-Lag equation obtained employing the analytical Green's function method. The solutions are computed for a ten-nanometer size one-dimensional benchmark structure with the second and third kind boundary conditions imposed at its outer boundaries. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of heat diffusion time dependence on the relaxation time constant values.
