Ultrasonic Underwater SDR Transceiver for Ocean of Things

A system for receiving and transmitting signals between devices in the ocean of things is discussed. A variant of the circuit implementation of individual components of the circuit is presented, the results of tests of individual elements of the system using inexpensive hydrophones are described. The process of designing and modeling individual parts of the system is considered. The results obtained indicate the theoretical possibility of providing underwater communications at distances from 1 to 5 km. Amplifier circuits have been developed (high-voltage amplifier circuits for the transmitting part of the system and an amplifier with a wide input range (120 dB) and a sensitivity of -70 dB for the receiving part based on BMK 5503XM1.
