An explicit design criterion for the RF choke reactance on the class E power amplifiers and frequency multipliers

The theoretical performances of the class E amplifier/multiplier with RF choke have been previously obtained under the assumption of an infinite inductance of the RF choke. This paper examines the influence of the RF choke inductance on the class E amplifier/multiplier, giving an explicit design criterion for the RF choke inductance.
