The telephone and the laboratory-part ii transmission aspects of the telephone instrument

In Part I of this paper the organization of laboratory work in telecommunications overseas was reviewed and the work done in South Africa was outlined. In Part II the telephone instrument is analyzed as an example of the application of research.
