Vehicle Information Acquisition and Communication System Based on CAN Bus and GPS

To effectively improve the quality and transmission efficiency of vehicle data acquisition, this paper designs a vehicle information acquisition and communication system based on CAN bus and GPS technology. We refer to the overall structure of the existing vehicle terminal system, and introduce the functions and functions of the main parts. Then, from the hardware and software design and implementation, the key technologies are provided, including CPU selection, GPS/4G wireless communication module design, communication protocol design and so on. In the field design, we adopt Wince platform to perform the information collection test and data communication test. The debugging test shows that the device of the system runs well, and the vehicle positioning system can obtain higher navigation and positioning accuracy, so the scheme is quite feasible and effective.
