Proceedings at the three hundred and sixty-eighth general meeting

I sometimes think we should choose a warmer season of the year, when we might a bigger audience; people are still chary of leaving their fireside at night. But it is a very great pleasure to me to declare this meeting open and once more to welcome you here, to-night.
