The jointing of super tension cables

I do not profess to be the latest authority on this subject, but it is one which has interested me, and, as I have been fortunate enough, in that my duties have made it necessary for me to study closely the problems relating to cable jointing, and to assume the responsibility for the actual operations connected therewith, I feel that no harm will be done by giving members the results of such study and experience.
