Machine learning models for mortgage default prediction in Pakistan

Machine Learning binary classification algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Random Forest Classifier and Gradient Boosting Tree Classifier makes them well-suited to classification problems such as Mortgage Default Prediction. This paper analyses the performance of these algorithms when trained on a subset of mortgage data from lenders in Pakistan and recommends introducing these models to lenders in Pakistan.
