Impact of Emotional Stability on Work Performance of Employees Working in Steel Fabrication Companies

The research suggests that the emotional stability of employees would allow better output for the organization. This study questioned and affirmed the nexus between the emotional stability and performance of employees. The research engaged collected primary data from 100 employees via a structured questionnaire. This study's findings showed that the quality of workers is a result of emotional stability. Provided suggestions could fix the gaps and obstacles.
