Power supply scheme design and economic analysis of electric drive fracturing equipment under the background of electrical replacing oil

At present, most shale gas exploitation uses traditional fracturing technology. With the rapid development of "electricity replacing oil", electric drive fracturing technology, as an emerging fracturing technology, has the advantages of fast response, high efficiency, and low energy loss. In the process of shale gas exploitation, electric drive fracturing equipment will gradually replace traditional diesel-driven fracturing equipment. This article considers the shale gas exploitation mode and equipment constraints in Sichuan and Chongqing, and proposes three technical schemes: all grid power supply, all gas turbine power supply and grid and gas power supply for the electric energy demand bottleneck of fracturing equipment, and analyzes the technical weaknesses and difficulties under different power supply modes. Give the main equipment configuration and economic analysis, and finally select the optimal power supply scheme according to the actual demand of the shale gas platform.
