Logistics cost control based on system dynamics in chain retail industry

The research on logistics cost control of enterprises is mostly limited to the local research of logistics subsystem, and some of them study the problem of cost control from the perspective of system, but most of the research is still at the level of qualitative theoretical analysis. The enterprise logistics cost system is complex and dynamic. The cost driving factors of different subsystems are interrelated and influence each other, and there is benefit reversal phenomenon between different variables. Enterprises must study the logistics cost control from the perspective of system in order to realize the overall efficiency improvement of enterprises.
