Information Integration for Building Prefabricated Construction Based on Multi-dimensional Working Areas

The information barrier is the main obstacle of the development and promotion for the prefabricated construction in china, however, information integration is an important way to break through barriers, and also an important technical force to improve the construction level. In order to accelerate the development of information integration for building prefabricated construction, first, based on the CICS theory and characteristics of building prefabricated construction, the framework of information integration is proposed. Then, according to analysis of GIS, BIM, Web Service and component technology, architecture of the information integration system for prefabricated construction is build, and application principle of the running process and function module of system is described. Finally, applying the system to the actual case, the development of building information integration management system for steel structure construction project is realized. Through practical project application, the information barrier is broken in traditional management, the economic benefits are significant, and the feasibility and economy of the system are verified.
