Measuring the UX of Mobile Application Attendance Lectures Feature Using Short-User Experience Questions (UEQ-S)

The attendance lectures are one of the mobile applications created to help students filling in the lecture attendance via their smartphone. This application is integrated into the academic system of lectures so that the attendance data that is entered will automatically become a recap of student activity during lectures. Measuring the user experience in the lecture attendance mobile application will be very important to do to find out whether the application has been able to meet the user's goals. This study measures the user experience (UX) associated with the lecture attendance mobile application features. The research instrument used was the UEQ short version (UEQ-S) questionnaire on each feature which consisted of 8 pairs of items against a Likert scale 1-7. This study succeeded in measuring the features section of the attendance mobile application and providing feature recommendations for suggestions regarding the development applications.
