Research on Automatic Batch Weighing and Forensic Analysis System of Centralized Filter Membrane

The dust sampling method is an international standard method for dust detection. Weighing the filter membrane will affect the accuracy of the method. According to research, at present both domestic and foreign countries use manual weighing to weigh the filter membrane after sampling the dust, but manual weighing in this operation will bring new errors; at the same time, when batch weighing, manual weighing is slow, Poor practicality. In order to eliminate the interference of external factors and increase the speed of filter membrane weighing, this paper designed a centralized automatic batch membrane filter weighing and forensic analysis system. This article discusses in detail from the key units of the system: environmental control unit, automatic weighing unit and system control unit. Experiments show that the system can quickly and accurately weigh the sampling filter membrane in batches, and record the weight of the filter membrane and other information.
