Research and Application of Intelligent Terminal Network Performance and Problem Location Method Based on User Perception

With the rapid development of mobile Internet services, how to evaluate and enhance user perception is an urgent problem to be solved. Nowadays, smart phones have been popularized in an all-round way, but the traditional wireless network optimization lacks the link of optimization for user terminals. Based on user perception, this paper puts forward a packet capture analysis technology on the terminal, which can realize the linkage analysis of terminal wireless signaling and signaling. Through one-click repair technology, the self-adaptation of expert solution library, system solution library, internet repair library and driver library on the background server side with intelligent terminal is realized, and the one-click repair of the interaction between terminal and network is completed. The flat design can flexibly expand the data type of call ticket to meet different business requirements.
