Design and Implementation of Electronic Control Unit in Automatic Control System of Locking Mechanism

The purpose of this paper is to research on the design and implementation of electronic control unit in automatic control system of locking mechanism. The hardware circuit of the locking mechanism should complete the shaping and filtering of various input signals, and provide the operation platform for the control software. At the same time, it is necessary to generate control signal and amplify its power, as well as necessary communication interface. In this paper, according to the function and performance requirements of the automatic control system of the differential locking mechanism, and combined with the needs of the general electronic control system, the hardware and software of the locking mechanism are designed. The experiment shows that the design of hardware and software of the locking mechanism can meet the technical requirements, and has good accuracy and efficiency. The research provides a certain reference for the research of electronic control unit of automatic control system of locking mechanism.
