Comprehensive report on Homomorphic technique in Healthcare Domain

This paper aims to study and analyse the homomorphic technique that is used for data security in edge and fog computing in the healthcare domain. The main purpose of this paper is to gain more knowledge on how holomorphic technique is for data security in edge and fog computing in the health care domain. The proposed research work observes how medical records and data values are kept safe and formulated using newer technologies such as fog computing and edge computing. Using a simple and convenient method a descriptive statistics was collected on how much of this homomorphic technique is used in the health care domain. A total number of 200 medical records were collected from 5 reputed hospitals and medicals clinics, out of which 110 were female patients’ records and 90 were male patients’ records. Although, there were 200 on a total, all 200 were considered as samples from the different hospital servers used for the research. It gave results of 95% accuracy and security while using a homomorphic technique in data security in edge and fog computing. Since, these two advanced technologies are utilized in this research and it also demonstrates the homomorphic technique for data security using different homomorphic devices. Among all the 200 records collected 95% of patients assures and accepted the fact of high security in their medical records by using homomorphic technique in edge computing and fog computing. Finally, the proposed research work has been concluded with a discussion on various parameters such as the significance, pros and cons of using homomorphic encryption in the medical domain and the results on implementing homomorphic technique for data security.
