Quality Management in the Automotive Industry in the Digital Transformation Era

The article presents the results of the development of the concept of a digital quality management system in the automotive industry. The transition, in the context of logistics cooperation of assembly production, to the digitalization of quality management and monitoring processes is based on a system of data collection and intelligent processing at key stages of the production process. Digital transformation of production quality management using statistical tools, probabilistic modeling, logistics, as well as real production process indices. Creating models based on the definition of the most important technical characteristics with integration into the management system, taking into account the efficiency and flexibility of control actions.
