Methodology of Microscopic Traffic Prediction for Automated Driving

We present a methodology for short-time (several seconds) microscopic prediction of traffic situation round of an automated driving vehicle moving in mixed traffic flow. The methodology for short-time microscopic prediction of traffic situation can be used by the automated driving vehicle for the planning of vehicle trajectory with the objective of speed harmonization in mixed traffic flow, collision avoidance, increase traffic safety and comfort.
