Innovation Platform Design of Talent Training Mode of School and Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges under The Background of Big Data

In view of the problems in the cultivation of talents by school and enterprise cooperation under the background of big data, this paper expounds the contradiction between supply and demand and construction foundation, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several modes of school enterprise cooperation. We first completed the business process optimization and functional requirements analysis. Then, we designed the system technical architecture, functional structure, and database structure, and completed the detailed design of functional modules through class diagram. Finally, using ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL server and other technologies, combined with UML, the development process and operation analysis of the system were provided from the aspects of requirement analysis, system design, system implementation and system test. The results showed that the effect of the platform in the actual application process was obvious, the two-way selection channel between enterprises and students was successfully built, and the management efficiency was improved.
