Optimized design of power supply mounting frame in airborne radar

In order to reduce the mechanical vibration of airborne equipment, excellent performance of the mounting frame can ensure normal work security of the equipment. Because the airborne equipment may be subject to worse mechanical vibration, and the weight reduction requirements, the mounting frame need to be designed in light weight and high reliability. Taking an airborne power supply mounting frame as the study object, using shape optimization and size optimization by finite element simulation method, Mount structure optimization is proposed. A more reasonable mounting frame is obtained. The results of the simulation and the experiments showed that the power supply mounting frame is reliable.
