Informatisation of Project Activities Performed by Innovation Clusters of the Kamsky Agglomeration in Russia

The paper considers informatisation of project management processes at enterprises and in clusters of Kamsky agglomeration in Russia. The role of business process reengineering in the strategy of Kamsky agglomeration clusters towards high-tech production is investigated. The results of the reengineering project implemented by enterprises of the Machine-Building Cluster in order to solve the problem of import substitution are presented. The paper studies the tools of formation of a unified information space in the Machine-Building Cluster of Kamsky agglomeration, including formation of the spatial infrastructure, use of CALS-technologies and CASE-means. The results of implementation in the unified information space of the KAMAZ truck production reengineering project based on Enterprise Information Management concepts are described.
