"Ore Mining "in the game " Red Alert "and different roads for mining development in the United States and Soviet Union

This article is not a serious scientific paper, by reviewing the classic game "Red Alert ", this paper compares the infrastructure, weapons and equipment of the US-Soviet camp and discusses the development of heavy industry in the United States and the Soviet Union since the middle of the 20th century, especially the different road of mining industry development. The latter part of the article focuses on the analysis of the development of mining industry in the 21st century.
