Study on the Improving Methods of College Students Reward System

Although the existing Chinese college students reward system is relatively comprehensive, it exhibits the undesirable tendency of vulgarization, generalization and materialization in practice. From the point of view of coordination and optimization, it is imperative to adjust and update the existing system. It needs to be more balanced in both corporality and spirituality, in both equality and impartiality, in both typicality and universality.
