Optimization Design of Military Vocational Education Platform Based on Learning Motivation

Function optimization is the most common, direct and effective way to stimulate learners' learning motivation for military vocational education platform. During the reform of military vocational education of PAP, starting from the learning motivation of learners, this paper analyzes the composition of learners' learning motivation, and puts forward some suggestions for function optimization of military vocational education. The suggestions which can provide reference for teaching reform can be in divided for four parts, one is to classify resources before learning, the second is to plan learning paths for strengthening learning initial motivation, the third is to provide more learning support and then obtain more continuous motivation for learning in learning process, the fourth adopted a variety of incentive methods to strengthen the repetitive after learning, and fifth make external motivation of learning promote the formation of habitual learning motivation.
